We have sellers willing to offer you and your buyers each of the above and you will be able to deal DIRECTLY with these sellers- NO MIDDLEMEN!
All that we ask is that you will provide me with a letter authorizing Arthur Seidenfeld, as your buying agent to introduce you to sellers we are working with directly. Should you or
your buyers conclude any transaction with the sellers we introduce, you will pay us a fee of $5 per mt purchased to be added to the price charged by the seller. You will authorize the seller to
pay us at the time you pay the seller.
Once I receive this written authorization to act as your buyer's agent (non exclusive) and you present a written specific request to purchase one or several items- indicating the quantity
desired, the specifications of what you desire, a destination port for delivery and your willingness to provide the seller with buyer's banking reference or information after the seller presents
a specific product offer (similar to a full corporate offer),
I will present you with full contact information about the seller to allow you to start discussions and possible negotiations with him directly.
YOU ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO CONCLUDE ANY TRANSACTION WITH ANY SELLER I PROVIDE YOU!
HOWEVER YOU WILL AGREE THAT YOU AND YOUR BUYERS WILL NOT CIRCUMVENT OUR EFFORTS BY HAVING POSSIBLE CUSTOMERS APPROACH THE SELLERS WE OFFER WITHOUT OUR INVOLVEMENT. THIS AGREEMENT

As related to the crude soybean oil, 1 of the argentinian sellers offers product below the CBOT (chicago board of trade) march 2010 futures price for crude soybean oil- last week he quoted us
$840-$845 mt fob argentina. He also quotes refined soybean oil at $55 mt higher than his price for crude soybean oil and $60 mt higher for biodiesel (from the crude soybean price).
the USA seller for soybean oil quotes CBOT price + $16.52 mt fob ex works (central USA)
the others are quoting published market prices and you are welcome to negotiate price directly with each.
crude palm oil is quoted at MPOB price - 5% delivered to european port (cif) and -3% delivered to south american port. Seller is based in Spain.
As we add additional direct sellers we will offer them to you once we have the buyer's broker relationship in place.
