PAYMENT TERMS: 100% Automatic Revolving  Transferable  Divisible Documentary Letter of Credit (ARDLC), payable on presentation of satisfactory SGS certificate, shipping documents, Captains Bill of Lading.

QUANTITY: 600,000 Metric Tons for a 12 month period. This will be split into equal quantities of 50,000 Metric Tons per month for 12 consecutive months.
