SUNFLOWER OIL PLANTFounded with only self assets in area of 100.000m2 in Manisa in 2001 and commenced to produce selective sunflowerseed and cornseed oil products in 2004 after completed the construction and many trial star ups performed to reach the best in production.The fundamantal target of our company is to fulfill all requirements of our customers without making any concessions from quality under our brand GULCEin the market.Thus,the production capacity which is consisting of 100 ton/day crushing,150 ton/day refining and 200 ton/day filling up processes thanks to our young,qualified and well educated staff in each department under the latest technologic equipment in our production site.Briefly,the sunflowers which are selected under a great care are brought to our plant and the crude oils to be extracted from those products are put in the process of neutralization,winterization and deodorization units.At the final stage,the samples are taken to execute the laboratory analysis to ensure the best quality.The approved products are packed in standart or specific packages upon the requirement of our Customer under assured hygienic conditions.
