One more layer - is added to the basic structure of film for production of high barrier vacuum bags. This type of bags is used for packaging products in gas modified atmosphere.

Materials. Seven-layer barrier based on PA/PE ( 60 120 mcm thickness) and PET/PE (72 mcm thickness) is used for the vacuum bags manufacturing. Because of absence of oxygen inside, these bags enable to prolong shelf life of products in 2-2.5 times. Shelf life of product in vacuum packing depends on temperature and type of product
