For our big bags LIVINGJUMBO INDUSTRY guarantees working loads starting from 250 kilos - to 2,000 kilos (SWL= Safe Working Loads) and fabrics are designed to meet a minimum of 5:1 SF (SafetyFactor). Besides, we can manufacture denser and stronger PP fabrics for a safe working load of 6:1.

With the certification obtained from the GermanInstitute Labordata, Livingjumbo Industry produces UN bags for hazardous materials, with special labeling printedon the FIBCs.

Identification of the bags withyour company and your product is achieved by choosing the color of fabric color, printing ( company logo for example ) and labeling. Different types of document pocket can also be provided.

Our big bags can be manufactured in different sizes or shapes, with customizable features to best suite the bag filling / discharging systems or the transport, manipulating and depositing options.

Also, for fine powder products, coated fabrics and several seam options are available(dust proof seams is one of the methodsthat will prevent leakage).

The fabric can be uncoated allowing the bag to breathe or can be coatedmaking the bag non-breathable. If your product has a high moisture concern, a polyethylene ( PE ) liner may inserted into the bag. These liner scan be loosely inserted, sewn in, or glued to the outer bag.
