UniTrak Bagstander Industrial Bag

The frame is formed in upper and lower sections. The base section holds the hopper, vibrator, dust collection pick-up and discharge chute. The upper frame adjusters accommodate various bag sizes quickly and easily, with no tools needed.

Bagstander's frame is built of heavy-gauge 80mm (3") square tubing, either carbon or stainless steel, finished with durable "Steel It" paint (other finishes also available). Strong, rock-solid andwith the leg foot-plates lagged to the floorimmovable.

Complete dust-free emptying without further operator involvement. Bulk bag handling doesn't have to be a dirty, dusty job! With the bag in place on the Bagstander, the operator simply opens the dust-tight door on the sealed/gasketed discharge chute to untie or retie the bag strings. Zero leakage. Zero dust escape. And the factory-installed vibrator ensures complete, waste-free emptying.

The bag loops are fitted over unique hooked-loop retainers on the detachable lifting framemaking it impossible for the loops to slip or slide. The lifting frame is then fork-lifted onto the Bagstander's main frame, where four rigid retainers slot into place and assure positive, accurate, safe positioning every time. When the bag is in place, it is caged within the Bagstander's framesafely secured at the top, and supported at the bottom by the hopper.
