Titan Megabags offers customized bags to tailor-suit customers requirements.
Titan prides itself in continuously pursuing research and development activities to upgrade the quality of its products and to develop new designs and features.
Titan Megabags are especially designed to contain and handle bulk materials using either laminated or non-laminated fabrics. Every bag is inspected at each step of the manufacturing process to ensure its quality and to meet production specifications and meet specific customer requirements. Titan produces a wide range of bulk containers with a safety factor five (5) to one (1) or six (6) to one (1) for UN certified bags.
Titan Megabags produces the fabrics, lift belts and ropes utilizing reinforced weaving to ensure maximum bag performance. The yarns used for the fabrics contain ultraviolet stabilizers to make the megabags suitable for outdoor use. Also polyethylene liners are available for customers who require additional moisture barrier, some of which are sewn-in-form-fitted liners..
Titan Megabags is engaged in integrated production of Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container (FIBC) using state of the art processes, specialized equipment and highly skilled manpower.
Titan Megabags Industrial Corporation is a Filipino-owned corporation founded by Mr. Herman M. Montenegro in 1989 to manufacture the required quality packaging materials of Pacific Activated Carbon Company, Inc. (PACCO). It is located in Carmona Cavite, which houses extruders for flat yarn, circular looms and belt weaving machines, blown film and laminating extruder , cutting, printing and sewing machines.
