Premium quality extra virgin organic olive oil, originally from Domaine of Ksar Ezzit, Tunisia (the biggest plantation of the olive trees). The olive trees grow on the mountain slops covered with rosemary and thyme that gives olives a unique taste. Olives come from very rare wild Oleastrum trees; they are picked manually with special precautions to extract the finest olive oil  in traditional stone mill. It is than later decounted in the ancentral manner.
