General references for CIF - From Cameroon to all world (Aproximated): 

Asian countries: $200 USD/MT.
Europe: $180 USD/MT.
Arab Countries: $170 USD/MT.
Caribbean: $130 USD/MT.
U.S.A: $150 USD/MT.

Mode of payment :TT 25% upfront as soon as final contract is signed between both partiesfor the maintenance and running of main expenditure here in cameroonlike transportaion etc 25%when the commodity is at high sea and 50%when final documents and commodity reach the buyer
Type of contract: Only SPOT- The amount by SPOT is chosen by the buyer and each SPOT were signs anew contract and the price is updated. We do not signed contracts withdeliveries per month for one year, only SPOT.

Granted of delivery:The non comply with the delivery of goods by the seller or thesuspension of contract by the buyer will be sanctioned with a penaltyclause in the contract by the amount that the buyer prefers. We do not deliver "PB", this clause legally ensures full compliance by both parties, buyer and seller. We offer a 100% guarantee of delivery in the contract.

Procedures:

1 - The buyer sends to the seller LOI and BCL.
2 - The seller sends FCO to name of buyer.
3 - The Buyer returns Formal Corporate Offer duly signed and sealed to
     the Seller.
4 - The Seller issues the Sales and Purchase Agreement in favour of the Buyer via E-
     mail.
5 - The Buyer review and return the contract duly signed and sealed by mail.
6 - The Seller sign contract and exchange contract by courier (DHL or UPS) and send one
