Folding Cartons

At Etiquette Systems, we do much more than make labels: we excel as a folding carton manufacturer, too. This may seem a little odd at first glance, until you realize that making and printing folding cartons is a logical extension of our label-printing capabilities. Folding carton printing isn't much more difficult than printing ordinary labels -- and after all, what's a good carton without a good label?

We've all experienced folding cartons and similar products at places as diverse as sandwich shops and Chinese restaurants. These are the ultimate products for food packaging solutions, since they include both a label and a box in one component. A folding carton can be as streamlined and simple as an open-and-fill container with an automatic bottom, which simply unfolds and seals the container's bottom without the need for gluing or taping. That's the standard Chinese restaurant way of doing things. Products with semi-automatic bottoms, such as a "1-2-3" system, do the same, except they involve folding and interlocking four flaps. Some folding cartons simply act as sleeves, holding plastic tray and lid container systems together until the product is ready to be served.
