LY METAL BOX

The LY metal box is a high class universal box designed for electronic meters, com-munication equipments, or drilling jigs. Its aluminum structure is light and durable. Also,its special left and right braces enables the printing circuit board to be installed on the structure which is very convenient for the designer. The handle, leading axle, and feet bearer are finished products which mades the metal box more high class. Features: 1. Beautiful aluminum design outlook. 2. The LY front and back plates ard flat plate specification which is easy for second processing such as hole processing, pressing, and cutting. 3. Completely made of aluminum material with plastic trimmings. 4. Right and left parts of the top and lower casings have ventilation hole to radiate heat. 5. Internal structure has aluminum bottom disk, left and right braces to facilitate instal-lation of base late, spareparts, ets. The 3.5 dia. hole serves as spacing. There-fore, it uses L angle steel or packing for easier design and fabrication of base plate. 6. There is leading axle at its back and a turm fable at its side. 7. The front plate is maintained by the top and lower frames. if you wished to fix it, there are 4-m3 installation holes at the left and right frames(as indicated by the arrow in the enlarge drawing). 8. Gear rack spareparts which are separately sold can be installed on JIS gear racks. 9. There were eleven sizes for selection according to the purpose of its use
