Ithomi is the production area of our product. We first collect theolives under all the hygiene safety instructions. We process the oliveswith a way that guarantees the lowest sharpness of the oil.  After ourolive-oil is bottled, it still preserves all the naturalcharacteristics that categorize it to the top olive oils of Europe.

We, the people of ITHOMI OIL, keep alive the traditional methods ofcultivation, and we deliver the best quality olive oil, which has highnutrition value, and is on the top of the Mediterranean diet.
