Miniature Glass Bottles

Our factory is equipment with a 10 Tons furnace, an 8 cavities fully automated Blow/Blow process machine with 15 meters Lehr (Heat treatment) and 6 semi automated independant production lines. We have a full range of product moulds readily available and our own mould production facility.
Our Fully automated facility can produce 150.000 pieces a day in EXTRA FLINT color and each of our semi automated lines can produce 20.000 pieces a day in extra flint or any required colour.
We are also equiped with our own printing, spraying and hot stamping equipments and can basically produce any design, shape, printing, colour required as long as the final product is less then 700ml.
We operate our QC and ensure 100% quality check to all our productions. We are capable of serving any type of orders (from 5.000 pieces to several milions) anywhere in the world and would deliver with Form A certificate of orgine to alleviate import taxes in the destination country.
