                           at loading port to be fully paid by Seller and all costs at discharge bay to be
                           fully paid by Buyer
Unit Price:          FOB MPOB Benchmark market price
Payment Terms: Irrevocable Transferable Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit from top 25
                           World Banks and acceptable by Seller's Bank
