Would like to point out some new regulations from seller, as not to have any misunderstandings.

1.- Sellers -all sellers- won't anymore, -send out SCO or FCO to no one.

2.- Please ALSO send us the NCND with every one involved, signed by buyer for the commission fee.  

3.- Also, it is a requirement that all ICPO will be send together [at the same time] with NCNDA / IMFPA dully signed by buyer and everyone involved in getting commissions, no exceptions.

We will need LOI/ICPO with permission to soft probe, then draft contract on which the buyer can outline anything he wants to changed, then final contract.

POP - REQUEST POLICY
So many times we receive requests from Buyers to see Proof of Product (POP) Up-front before they sign or do anything. Obviously, such Buyer is not real and is looking to use the POP to borrow money or to defraud someone else. We want to stay in good terms with the buyer do not make requests you know is not RIGHT!
