This olive oil is from Leccino, Frantoio and Moraiolo, the typical cultivars of Tuscan hills.

At present, we offer extra virgin olive oil, a speciality olive oil forsale in top-of-the-line markets.  It is the result of the ancienttraditional attention devoted to the management of the plantation, withoutusing agrochemicals, the crop and after crop treatment, and the oil extractionthrought an Alfa Laval modern machinery.   The quality is guaranteedby laboratory of analysis in the mill factory.
