We collect olives the traditional methods, or in other words, by hand, and in slopping or other inaccessible areas by olive sticks. Our presses extract all labels of olive oils and more specifically in the following grades: Extra-virgin olive oil containing up to 0-0,7 percent acidity, Virgin olive oil containing 0,8 - 1,0 percent acidity, Pure olive oil containing 1,0-1,5 percent acidity, Olive oil containing over 1,5 percent acidity and, Olive Pomace oil for cooking.
