2. Feature

Electric Conductive Hot Melt Film (ECHF) has designed to havemultifuctions,
EMI shielding, ESD disappearance and mechanical bonding with proper mechanical strength.
The construction is simple, the inner conductive woven mesh is covered by
conductive hot melt polymer, and is to apply in many applications.
The inner material, conductive woven mesh, provides EMI shielding and
mechanical stability, and the outer material, conductive hot melt polymer,
provides ESD dis-appearance and mechanical bonding with another materials.
Then, when you apply a heat on the ECHF after applying ECHF for some applications,
the conductive hot melt polymer will be melted and adhere on necessary area.
Also, all kinds of finished products which have applied ECHF arehaving flexibility and soft.
It will be easily die-cut, kiss-cut and sliced.
This multi-functions product with easy application will be suitable for flexible EMI shielding,
ESD disappearance and mechanical bonding with proper mechanical strength.
