Silage films

Used on numerous crops, poly-tunnel cover films can be used on single or multi-bay tunnels. For these films, we have developed a new range of products, each of them to meet a precise type of use: to limit the risk of frost, diffuse light or promote the maximum input of light.
The right product is chosen in accordance with the various requirements decided by the user. These films are available in widths from 4500mm to 13500mm with a warranted life running from 2 to 4 seasons.

Poly Tunnel Covers

Used throughout horticulture (for growing melons, strawberries, tomatoes, carrots, lettuces, etc.), each film has been developed to meet specific needs: heat effect, to keep down weeds (limiting weed development), whilst maintaining soil structure or limiting evaporation. Their aim is to encourage earlier cropping and higher yields from mulched crops.
Our product range is based around high strength films (transparent or black), AFNOR certified films customised to specific crops (Strawberries and Vines), photo-degradable films for growing maize and edged films for asparagus production. These films are made in widths suited to the end crop and can be perforated on request.
Lastly, after several years of experimenting, we are marketing biodegradable mulching films.

Mulching

These films are designed for storing forage (grass or maize) for livestock. Silage films are three layer coextruded and are available in widths from 3 to 16 metres. There are various black film products (150 or 180 microns) including black AFNOR LABEL films (150 microns) and 145 micron Black / Green coextruded films.
The range is supplemented by wrapping films: Black, White or Green film for round bales. They enable totally sealed round bales to be produced.
