We are proud to present value wrap 12 micron for pallet wrap stretch film.
The ability can compared with 15 - 17 micron Thickness.
The features as follows:
1. Film is very strong, hardly to damaged, Although they are damaged but the hole not as big as 15 -17 micron
2. Avoid necking problem, because only use 30% force to pull, normally for 15 -17 micron, when we pull the film, it occur necking problem ( film width are decrease ) so wrap the pallet, 12 micron film using is less than 15 -17 micron, weight one pallet is also less. IT can help you to reduce your cost. In the same weight of film 12 micron is 2.76 kg can wrap 16 pallets and 17 micron is 2.74 kg. just only for 10 pallets.
3. The film is very clear and thin, so it is very easy for scan bar code.
