Procedures:

i) Buyer issue an Letter of Intent (LOI) or Purchase order in favor of Suppliers with Bank Details.
ii) Seller issue the Full Corporate Offer (FCO) to the Buyer
iii) Buyer accept the FCO and sent back with proper Seal & Signed.
iv) Seller prepare Proforma Invoice (PI) with details instruction to open the L/C.
v) After confirming the L/C seller goes to the Production and immediate shipment.
