Thanks to our new plastic laminate extrusion division and by using the most efficient and advanced technologies currently available, we are able to produce a wide range of rigid films
mainly designed for the food and pharmaceutical industry and for different types of technical applications. The main products are grouped under the following registered trademarks according to the field of application: PRAGMAFOOD - Coextruded, multilayer laminate with 3 or 5 layers, EVOH barrier and external layer suitable for both peelable and non-peelable sealing. Particularly suitable for the thermoforming of containers for the modified atmosphere packaging of food. PRAGMAGLASS - Very transparent laminate for the thermoforming of food containers or blisters for which it is particularly important to find the right balance between transparency and sturdiness. PRAGMAFARM - Styrenic or polyolefin monolayer and multilayer laminate designed for the production of blisters for the pharmaceutical industry. PRAGMATECH - Laminate suitable for coupling processes with expanded polystyrene. Characteristics of the manufactured film: Colours: transparent - white - sample colours Thickness: from 180 to 1800 micron Sheet width: up to 860 mm Chuck diameter: 76 mm, 152 mm Reel diameter: up to 1000 mm Temperature range: from -40 C to +120 C |
