VCI film

It is Suitable for auto and manual packaging. It is a transparent film which allows users to easily identify and inspect the parts without opening the package. The film is compatible with a broad range of commonly used paints, greases, gaskets etc. Mono-Ionic VCI layer does not affect electrical /optical/mechanical surface properties . Gives protection during storage and transit. Effective in polluted and humid atmosphere. Protects hard to reach areas such as drilled holes, crevices etc. Eliminates spraying, wiping, dipping or surface preparation. Dry packaging eliminates cleaning and degreasing. Custom multicolor printed VCI laminate in pouch form or roll form, suitable for Auto-pouch packaging machine (FFS machine) Recyclable and compatible with commonly used oils, greases, paints, rubbers etc. Not harmful to humans and is environment friendly. Does not require activation prior to usage. VCI layer is self-replenishing and replenishes itself when package is re-closed after opening for inspection or such other purpose. Can be used as a box liner inside corrugated boxes, cartons, wooden boxes and containers. Seal package well, though not necessarily air tight for maximum benefit.
