Blown Film

Blown film molding is made as melting resin by extrusion machine. Melted resin is made tube by injecting steam. The way of molding is made as through passing this tube to haul-off roll and wind roll by air cooling. The resin is conveyed through hopper of extrusion equipment and moved to Die/Head with melting by screw extruder and heat inside extrusion equipment. The melting resin is extruded as cylindrical shape at Die/Head. The cylindrical resin extruded at extrusion equipment as injected air. According to air volume the width and thickness of molded film has different size. The edge of the inflated resin as injected airis stretched through stablizer which is inserted at hual-off roll.According to speed of haul-off roll, the width and thickness of filmhas different. When film has definite thickness and width, winding equipment is wound film as commercialization. It is cooling as natural air because of thinner thickness and wide contact surface.
