The production process is closely followed by the Italian Oil Master Giorgi Franci. His experience from Toscana (Italy) has given our oils an unique profile where the "Arbequina" variety develops itself with its very special personality.Our product range starts with a so called "author" oil and is completed with two monovarietal oils and one "coupage". ARBEQUINA: Selection Fruity Light Monovarietal oil from "Arbequina" olives. It shows all the expression of this most internationa olive variety. Harvested at the most optimum moment and processed with utmost care, this olive surprises with the excellent quality of its oil. It is sold in dark glass bottles of 250, 500 and 750 ml capacity and also available in tin cans of 250 ml, 2 l and 5 l. Topographical height: 120 m above sea level. Variety: Arbequina 100 %. Harvesting season: from October 15th to November 10th. Decanting system: Continuous, dual phase. Aspect: Filtrated, clean. Density: Medium fluidity. Colour: Yellow gold. Aroma: Light fruity, fresh and clean, very elegant and complex, characterized by grassy aroma with artichoke and elegant fruity and spicy notes. Taste: Elegant and delicate, obtained on a sweet and rich base of vegetable aromas, low-medium peppery intensity, light spicy aftertaste at the end. Pairing: Eminently good for fish starters and champignons salads. Boiled, grilled or roasted fish, light or bitter salads. Mayonnaise, vegetables in oil and pastry. Analysis: Carried out in the food testing laboratories of the Ministry of Agriculture of the regional government in December 6th , 2006. Acidity: 0.10 % (oleic acid). Peroxide index: 4.60 meq 02/kg. ARBOSANA: Selection intense fruity.Monovarietal oil from "Arbosana" olives. Shows the full expression of this, up to now almost unknown variety, which has an enormous potential for the elaboration of highest quality oils. Harvested on the right moment and most carefully processed, this olive variety offers a highest quality oil with very special taste shadows. Available in dark glass bottles of 250, 500 and 750 ml and also in tin cans of 250 ml, 2 l and5LTopographic height: 120 m above sea level. Variety: Arbosana. Pairing: Optimum for fish and shellfish starters, its dressings and salads. Middle tasting fish, steamed pulses and vegetables.
