Our main goal is to continue to push forward our standards in Turkish olive oil to the highest level possible and to place our oil on the shelves all over the world with our registered brand Olestas.

Yeks Food Ltd with our registered brand Olestas is in possession of ISO 22000 and HACCP Food Safety and Management System Certificate and our olive oil meets the standards of the I.O.O.C (International Olive Oil Council).We are also a member of the Aegean Olive and Olive Oil Exporters Association.

Our continuous improvement efforts in farming and harvesting techniques followed by the extraction process of olive oil with modern and new machinery carried out by the experts who devoted their labor to olive and olive oil consequently enables us to obtain the best nectar possible and to store it in stainless tanks in the best climate away from heat and direct sunlight .

Within this framework YEKS Food Ind.& Foreign Trade L.t.d Co. was established in 1994 by the innovative members of the third generation of our family.
Our headoffice where we carry on our marketing activities is based in Istanbul where two continents (East and West) meet and our cultivation area and extraction plant is at Zeytindag (that is ,The Olive Mountain) which lies at the heart of the Aegean coast of Anatolia, the homeland of the olive tree.

We knew that our continuous search for quality could only be achieved and ensured by building up a strong link between the respected experiences and traditions of the older generations and the new coming technologies.

For generations our family proudly guarded the treasure of the sacred olive tree cultivation and olive oil extraction mission benefiting from our traditions,experiences and ongoing innovation.
