H.  Shipments shall commence after the fulfillment of the procedures, stated above, as per the terms

F. Within three (3) working days upon receipt, verification, acceptance and authentication of L/C,

E. Within three (3) working days of receiving final contract, buyer issues non-operative, revolving, irrevocable, TRANSFERABLE, confirmed letter of credit (L/C) 100% at sight.

D. Hard copies of final contract are signed and exchanged via e-mail, DHL, buyers choice.

C. Buyer signs and seals contract after revision and amendments if needed and returns it to seller.

B. Seller issues draft contract.

A. Buyer issues LOI with full banking information for soft financial probe.
