Cast Stretch Films

Stretch film manufactured by RMCL is by cast process. Both blown and cast films are available in the market however cast stretch films are preferred over blown stretch films due to its better optical and cling properties. Raw material cost of cast stretch film is also lower than that of blown stretch film; however machinery cost is comparatively five times that of  
blown film extrusion machine. Our Company manufactures both manual and machine type stretch films with a range of properties and prices to suit various usages and various price sensitiveness. Our cast line is equipped with precise beta gauge control system to ensure the thickness variation of the film. We also manufacture colored stretch films for customized requirements.
