Baby care/diaper (nappy) backsheet film:We have an excellent reputation for manufacturing bespoke polyethylene films for our customers baby diaper (nappy) lines, and manufacture a comprehensive range of both cast and blown embossed films for the baby diaper backsheet market.Our super-soft cast embossed film is particularly suitable for baby diaper backsheet having a matt finish and an exceptional soft touch.Our diaper (nappy) backsheet film offers the dual benefits of both super softness and advanced mechanical properties - with significant benefits for both converters and consumers of hygiene films for both diaper (baby and adult) and sanpro (sanitary protection) markets. This has been achieved through a combination of high strength polymers and our own innovative processes.We offer a choice of supersoft, elasticated grade, high strength grade, and/or standard cast grade materials.Colours: White, blue, pink, yellow, green, peach, violet or natural. Other colours can be made to match customer requirements.We can also offer a blown film range which has been designed for products which require a greater cross-directional strength. Blown embossed film offers exceptional cross-directional strength and higher impact strength than a standard cast film. In special high durability markets like adult incontinence or where down-gauging for diapers (nappies) is required, this is a more suitable film.
