In oder to make our smart air pack, the first stpe is extraction process through sheets and valves which consist of PE and Nylon film. Accordingly each sheet and nylon film is laid on the machine. Then  we have to do air valve sealing accoding to pre-made design. Each devided air pillar , in next step , natually is completed by the automatic system. As the next step, rightly air valve cooling is adapted for the completion of valve sealing , and then as the last machine line , we do end line sealing process . 
Drop and tension test is basic step in order to inspect ordered products.

It just means the cushion packing,namely, it is to fill air into the pack which is made of LLDPE and Bio-Nylon.
