It is the oldest Bulking Installation in Malaysia and the first common user bulk liquid terminal in the country. It provides bulk liquid storage for export, import trans-shipment of liquid products (non-hazardous) drumming, containerization and also Malaysian Derivatives Exchange Bhd approved point of delivery of Crude Palm Oil and Crude Palm Kernel Oil tendered in relation to the settlement of futures contracts.

Socship is principally engaged in tank farming activities. Commodities handled are vegetable oil and their products, Alkane (Alkyl Benzene) as well as latex concentrate.

Socship Company Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia on 13th August 1948. It has an authorized share capital of RM3,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each and an issued and paid-up share capital of RM2,490,000 comprising 2,490,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each. Socship is wholly owned subsidiary of Socship Holdings Sdn Bhd.
