This Extra Virgin Olive Oil, produced under the auspices of the Denomination of Origin Campinas de Jaen is a natural juice with extraordinary organoleptic qualities conserving the flavour, aroma, vitamins and properties of the olives from which it is obtained. It is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of strong personality aromatic and fruity with a slightly but pleasantly bitter taste. Unquestioned in quality, it is outstanding in its stability, wealth in oleic acid and vitamin E as well as its high content in polyphenols, its natural antioxidants. The Extra Virgin Olive Oil has been obtained from the first cold pressing of the variety of olive known as Picual, a variety which provides an oil resistant to oxidation allowing for the natural conservation of its sensorial and nutritional characteristics, maintaining its original quality over extended periods time  an authentic gourmet delicacy for the most demanding palates. Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is certified by the Regulatory Council of the Denomination of Origin Campi?as de Jaen and thereby complies with all food health control and traceability requirements established by the Council.
