Plasticizer-based ink that does not dry on screen during printing allowing for finer mesh count. This enables thin ink film to be achieved thus giving finer definition work and soft hand feel. Special effects can be added like suede feel, hardfeel, puff, high-density, jelly print, metallic effect and glitter colors. Inks are produced by Wilflex, a member of Polyone group from USA which has decades of experience in plastisol inks. Inks conform to all standard for textiles work like Oeko-tex and formaldehyde free. Non-PVC and non-phthalate inks (QuantumOne) are available as well.
Water-based screen inks for garments made of cotton, TC, jeans, as well as, paper. Inks for dark garments, puff inks and rubberized inks are available as well. Inks can conform to stringent standard on toxicity, being free from heavy metals, formaldehyde, APEO and aromatic amines.
Screen inks that need UV light to dry enables better screen stability allowing for printing with high mesh count without screen clogging. Being 100% solid allows for high-build ink to get better aesthetic feel. Due to its crosslinking nature, the inks have better chemical resistance than normal conventional ink. Since the inks dry almost instantanously, this can increase the productivity of print jobs. UV varnishes can be printed for better resistance and gloss, as well as, outdoor stability. Dry and wet offset UV ink can be formulated to your needs.
