They are know as GRAVURE HEAT SHRINK PVC FILM PRINTING INKS.Toulene + IPA (Iso-Propyl Alcohol) based inks. Gravure Printing Ink System for reverse printing for shrinkable PVC film labels Features: Excellent printability at various speeds. Excellent halftone reproduction. Low whiskering phenomena due to static electricity. Light fastness and Resitance properties. Substrates: Applicable on monoaxially oriented shrinkable PVC films. Shades: Besides standard process and standard colours, matching can be made available. Application : For labels for beer, fruit juices, mineral water, detergents, shampoos , For hot pack process and pasteurization process for fruit juice. Printability:- Excellent printability in Half Tone and good coverage in Full Tone.Free from any printing defects such as streaking and scumming etc. Excellent rub and scratch resistance. Diluents:- Blend of Toluene and IPA (Iso Propyl Alcohol) Retarder:- Butyl Acetate. LIGHT FASTNESS: Fair to good. OPACITY /TRANSPERACY: Depending on colours to colour. COLOR REDUCTION CHEMICOAT PVC Tinting Medium(Toulene + IPA (Iso-Propyl Alcohol) Base) STORAGE & SAFETY: Use the recommended thinner only. Stir well before using, as phase separation may occur over time.
