Description
EJ Special White is a very creamy, easy-to-print ink for general purpose ink for T-shirts and sweats. This
white ink is perfect for any environment with manual or automatic equipment. EJ Special White is primarily
for screen printing light, medium, and dark colored garments or as an underbase. As one of our top selling
inks, the EJ Special White should not be ignored.
Printable Fabrics
Light, medium, and dark 100% cotton and poly/
cotton blend T-shirts, sweats, and shorts. Use
on 100% nylon and 100% polyester is not
recommended.
Screen Mesh
110 to 230 monofilament screen mesh is
recommended depending on the detail of the art
work, color of the ink, and color of the garment.
Squeegees
60, 70, and 80 single durometer rubber is
recommended for most applications.
Flash Time & Temperature
Flash for 5 to 6 seconds with a standard infrared
unit. Excessive flash time or temperature is not
recommended. This may cause dye migration or
over-print adhesion difficulty.
Curing
The entire ink film must reach 320 degrees
Fahrenheit. Every conveyor dryer will operate
differently due to the large number of variables.
Under-cured garments will likely exhibit cracking
or flaking after washing.
Reducers
All of the inks we manufacture are ready-to-print. If
reducing is required, please add Curable Reducer,
Visco Minus, or Reducer #2 (5% maximum).
Cleaning
We distribute numerous cleaners for our plastisol
inks. These cleaners include: PW4, IR4, Franmar
Chemicals, Screen Wash, and Citrus Green.
Available Colors
White is the only color available.
Important Note
Always perform a pretest print and test cure conditions on the fabric to be printed to establish the best
results. Stir inks vigorously before each use. Viscosity may need adjusting for best results. If there is ever a
