Madeof Nylon/Rubber. Nylon stereos are flat bed stereos. Nylon stereos arestuck on the print head by double sided cloth tape (as in the case ofFlexo Printing Machine). Rubber stereos are moulded to form groovedstereos. Permutable combination of stereos are provided in one set,which can take care of variety of markings. Nylon stereos are availablein sizes of 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm & 3mm & grooved rubber stereosare available in sizes of 1.6mm, 2.4mm & 3.2mm. Composite StereosStrips can also be provided for easy changeover ofmessages/Logo/Monogram can also be provided on specific ordering

Electro MechanicalMotorized Table-Top Coder is a compact coder which provides coding withprecise registration by a guiding arrangement provided with the coder.The said coder consists of a DC Motor and cam driven reciprocatingprint-head which slides in the housing for inking and out for printing.The coder has a platform of 400mm x 270mm and height of 525mm alongwith guides for precise coding. The platform is rustproof as the sameis made of S.S. and powder coated M.S.. The coder can operate at aspeed of 100 impressions/minute. The print-head area is of 35mm x 35mm(effective print area of 30mm x 30mm) or the print-head can also bemade as per requirement.

The coding unit can be taken up or down for coding different sizes andheights of products. The coder has adjustable guides to give exactlocation printing. The coder is operated through a DC motor which iscontrolled by DC drive whose speed can be adjusted through a knob givenin front of the stand. Ordinary rubber/polymer (flat-bed/grooved)stereos can be used. The said stereos are interchangeable. The coderuses rechargeable ink cartridge/in roller for inking. The coderoperates on single phase supply - Voltage - 230 V +/- 10% AC @ 50/60Hz.
