SUNFLOWER OIL

Vegetable Oils are accepted through fully electronical scale, quality control and discharging procedures from the moment of the raw materials' entrance to the factory area. Stocking procedure is implemented in special silos which is hygienic, prepared in healthy conditions and have the capacity of 1.000 cubic meters. The Fatty Seeds that extracted from special silos are allocated from unfamiliar substances. After weighing by using electronical scale, at crushing stage they are conveyed to crushing unit for hulls splitting procedure. At this stage;the seeds are crushed and are flaked off by being mashed.Thus, half of oil is obtained and the other half is obtained by combining hexane solvent and fatty residue. Consequently, the crude oil is derived from these two stages.

Crude oils could not be consumed directly because they include unfamiliar substances. The procedure of separating unfamiliar substances is called Refinery and is carried out in four stages mentioned below:

1. De-gumming and neutralization
2. Whitening
3. Winterization
4. Deodorization

The refinery vegetable oils are conveyed to the process of filling-packaging without exterior intervention.
All vegetable oils are packed in 1,2,3,5,10 liters pet bottles and 5,10,18 liters tin cans. The pet bottles are produced by NISSEI of Japan technology in our factory
