We calculate proper clearances, select tool steels that best handle the requirements of our die blanking operations, and produce high quality production tooling in our own tool and die department.
Where our capabilities require outside help, we retain a short list of very qualified vendors to augment our capabilities. If your application has critical tolerances, we can work to +/- .002 from graphics to edge. Let us take a look at your tough applications
