Application: ACRYPRINT REQUIRES MAX.0.8-1.0% OF TOTAL VOLUME.ACRYPRINT GIVES APPROPRIATE THICKENING IN D.M.WATER INSTEAD OF NORMAL TAP WATER.
ACRYPRINT IS AVAILABLE AS DRY WHITE FREE FLOWING POWDER AND PASTE FORM.
TYPICAL PRINT PASTE FORMULATION
ADD IN THE SPECIFIC SEQUENCE AS LISTED BELOW, WITH GOOD MIXING.
Paints Industry : It can be used in acrylic emulsions.The unique feature of ACRIPRINT does not allow separation of oil phase from water & solid particles. It provides higher viscoslty with clear transparency hence, lower percentage are required to generate the desired viscosity & improve the colour value. ACRYPRINT is a replacement for CMC, HPC, Cellulose and other Poly-acrylates used for thickening, suspending & stabilizing.
Paper lndustry : It can be used in pulp as a thickener & suspending agent to produce a uniform pulp. It can also be used to thicken the inks used in various printing mechanisms.
Textiles Industry : Used for preparing dye or pigment printing paste. Exhibits excellent colour shade when used with different colours. There is no need of addition of kerosene in the printing paste preparation.This feature of ACRYPRINT saves costs as well as it controls the fire hazards & is friendly to environment. ACRYPRINT based printing system is 100 % aqueous (water) based system. ACRYPRINT is replacement for CMC, RAN 5000, CARBOPOL (printing grade) Polyacrylic acid base etc.
