UK fulfillment service-Contract or profit share

We run a fulfillment business and have warehouses in the UK and Jersey.

We've already been successful with a toy supplier in helping them sell their products on a profit share basis and work with many others on a contract basis.  We can discuss which is a suitable solution.

Profit share

On the profit share basis we hold some of your stock and use our automated systems to list these in Amazon Marketplace or Amazon Seller Central.  We currently have in development an ebay interface that should be live in about a month.

Our stock control system manages all the channels to ensure there is stock available and this can include a website.

We deal with the listing, payments, customer, shipping, returns, well everything really and send you a cheque at the end of each month for the profit share.  We can even generate your invoice to us.

This is easy for customers with a good amount of stock on hand as they have to do nothing except send us goods and bank the cheques and we will provide online access to the stock and items sold as well as all the calculations.

Typically we don't make charges for storage or pick/pack provided the we're getting income from product sales and because of this the profit share option may not always be suitable.

Contract

We also offer a contract based service where you may have your own infrastructure in place.  You send your product to us (or your supplier does) and provide access to your stock control/despatch note production system and we do the rest.  You can use ours as an option.

We can also provide software development and integration services if you have none or only part of your software solution.

Fees will be agreed according to the type of product your sending, e.g. a large number of small items all the same will be less than many large items requiring wrapping boxes etc.  Fess are also charged for storage and management, although you'll probably be surprised at how cost effective this can be!
