Fabric Book Cover

I need fabric covers to fit snuggly around a credit card (or gift card) made of t-shirt type material or similar stretchy material. I prefer white; later I may try black or denim. I assume the size of a credit card is an international standard size so a credit card in China is the same as in United States. I will also be needing the same type covers for CD boxes, DVD boxes, etc. I initially need 100 of each to help me finalize my designs, later I will need thousands.
