Lastly, the hair is quality checked on the same 5 criteria once again, combed using antistatic combs and then packaged individually in 500 gauge polypropylene, labelled clear bags. Each packet contains the brand label, size, style and colour of hair.

After the shampoo wash is complete, the hair is separately deep conditioned using European brand conditioners. This is the last wet treatment the hair receives.

After the hair has been quality checked in London, it is then sent to be re-washed in the UK unit, again using leading brand shampoos.

1. Quality of the hair, it is flexible, soft and silky? Any tangle prone or brittle hair is rejected.
2. The hair is nit and shell free completely
3. The wefting is tested to ensure it is tight and neat, this will ensure there is no shedding
4. The hair is the specified length, so that the end customer never receives shorter lengths than specified.
5. The weight of the hair is checked to ensure that it is 100g / 0.22lb per piece, a variance of +-10g is allowed but no more.

In the UK the hair is firstly quality checked, this check looks for the following:

The hair is quality in checked in India, to ensure it meets required standards, separated into different colour types, and then is either packed as Bulk or is sent to the wefting department for either machine wefting or hand wefting. Once this stage is complete, the hair is group packed and sent to our unit in London, UK.

The sanitised hair is now hygienically clean, however, it is then shampoo washed using leading brand European shampoos, this removes any dirt, foreign debris and most importantly, scalp grease that would have been in the hair from the original donor. After this stage is complete the hair is completely hygienic, clean and fresh.

The hair is then taken to our manufacturing units, also in India, where first they are Sanitised to remove any foreign organisms that may have entered the hair at the temple cutting or earlier. The chemical used to sanitize the hair is specifically designed not to damage or alter the physical structure of the natural hair. The cuticles are intact and in one direction.

Our 100% Virgin, 100% Remi / Remy hair originates from the famous hair temples of India, where the hair is graded into its individual quality levels by the temple barbers. We only buy A grade, 100% Remy, raw hair, this type of hair is normally from younger women, however there are always exceptions. We source our raw hair from temples in parts of India where the water is softer and has a more neutral PH balance as this results in the more healthy, stronger, vitamin enriched hair from people of those regions.
