The entire process adopts physicalmethods,so it is a real pure natural green edible oil.Camellia oil doesn't haveerucic acid,  cholesterol, aflatoxins orany other additive.According to the test , in camellia oil,unsaturated fatty acid arrives at as high as 90%, oleicacid reaches 80 - 83%, linoleic acid reaches 7-13% and camellia oil is alsorich in protein and vitamins A, B, D, E and so on, in particular, it hasabundant linolenic acid which is essential to human body but can not besynthesized. It's already confirmed by modern science that the composition offatty acid of camellia oil is very similar to that of olive oil's.
