   Later, the oil itself undergoes analyses in our Madrid, Seville, and Jaen packing plants, thus guaranteeing its quality during bottling. Our integrated production cycle means that quality controls are performed in our own facilities under the close scrutiny of professional experts.

    Our olive trees, carefully nurtured by professional experts following stringent quality systems, have two functions; they produce extra virgin olive oils and are the basis of research and development in our olive tree museum, the only one of its type in the world, boasting over 150 varieties. When our olives reach the optimal degree of ripeness, they are picked and taken immediately to our oil mills in Toledo, Malaga, and Seville, where they undergo further quality controls.
