"Organico" is the extra virgin olive oil obtained from organic  farming. Cultivation takes place employing what is defined as integrated or organic agricultural methods, in respect of thesoil's characteristics, the link between man and nature and the good health of the consumer. All the pressured olives come exclusively from the surrounding fields of Colletorto, Molise (Italy).
 For its bitter flavor and slightly spicy character, Organico  is ideal for savory sauces, raw and barbecued meats and bruschetta (roasted bread).
