8. The product Refined sunflower Oil shall fulfil the following physical and chemical composition:

7.  Shipment Begins not later than 20working days upon confirmation of buyers financial instrument, Partial shipment is allowed for large orders.

6.   A 2% PB will be made available to the buyers bank not later than 3working days             upon confirming buyers financial instrument.

(e)                Original Ocean Bill of Lading marked Prepaid Showing the date the cargo         will be shipped.

5.          The Buyer shall open a Confirmable, Irrevocable, and Transferable, Fully operative, auto-revolving, documentary Letter of credit for 100% of the total order to sellers bank via Swift not later than 5working days after contract is signed and agreed, upon confirmation of this financial Instrument the following documents shall be presented by the seller to the Buyer.

PROCEDURE:

1. . Buyer issues Letter of Intent (LOI) to Seller.

2. Seller issues the Full Corporate Offer (FCO) to the Buyer and Buyer signs and seals   the acceptance of the FCO and returns the original to the Seller (FCO Valid for five International working days)..

3. The Seller would issue an initial Contract Agreement to the Buyer and when both parties agreed on the contract, they would proceed to sign the Contract in a way convenient to both electronic signatures may be considered valid in this transaction.

4. A pro-forma invoice for 100% of the Order value will be made by the SELLER to the                       BUYER.
