All packaging and packaging components comply, in all respects, to the requirements for heavy metal content as stated in Article 11 of the European Unions Directive 94/62/EC on packaging and packging waste and the CONEG model legislation. That is, the sum of the concentration levels of Cadmium, Mercury, Lead, and Hexavalent Chromium present in packaging or packaging components shall NOT exceed 100 ppm.
