Description:Cardamom oil is obtained by steam distillation of dried seeds of Eletteria cardamomum maton (family: Zingiberaceae ) of Indian origin.
Organoleptic Characteristics:Colourless to pale yellow mobile  liquid  and with exquisite warm spicy aroma.
