DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Inhalation
Aroma Lamp: Add 3-5 drops of essential oil to the bowl with water (around 80% full). Select the essential oil based on individual preference. If more than two types of essential oils are used, add the essential oil in sequence based on their scent (heavy, medium then light).
Linens: you can apply essential oil on your sheets, pillows, or even a handkerchief and the aroma will slowly diffuse.
Personal Mist: add about 5-6 drops of essential oil to a misting bottle filled with 300ml water. Shake thoroughly and spray into the air, carpet, curtain or furniture.
Steamer: Add essential oil to a facial steamer or a glass, ceramic, or stainless steel vessel filled with almost boiling water. Lean over the vessel and breathe slowly and deeply. A towel may be placed over the head to help direct the vapors.
Bathing
Soaking: Add approximately 3~5 drop of essential oil to bath water. Do not use any soap or cleanser. Always agitate the water well before getting in. Gently massage and soaked for approximately 10~15 minutes till the water turn cool.
Shower: Add two-drop of essential oil on a wet towel or sponge and wipe the body before taking a hot shower.

- If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, consult your doctor before using any aromatherapy products.
- Do not take essential oils internally. They are for external use only.
- Dont apply pure oils to the skin or in your eyes or directly into your ear.
- Asthma patients should not use inhalation methods.
- Store in cool places, away from direct sunlight. Best stored below 30?C OR 86?F
- Keep essential oils and all aromatherapy products out of the reach of children.
