All EVE products are made to order ensuring maximum freshness and efficacy. We do not compromise the quality of our products with toxic synthetic chemical and openly disclose our ingredients on the label. This approach allows for informed decision making on the part of the consumer.

Orders for samples are supplied when available in retail packs but as we concentrate on production to fill customers orders, maintaining the freshest product possible, we dont always have all the products on hand at any one time.

The minimum order quantity for commercial orders is 200 litres which can be either in retail packs or preferably in a bulk container.

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

You will notice in the Distributor Agreement that we charge for all samples sent from the factory however we do offer rebates against commercial orders to compensate. Orders for samples, including the freight component, and all reasonable costs associated with the registration of the products in the markets you are targeting are rebated in full against future commercial orders. The rebate is applied at the rate of 5% of the commercial order and will continue to apply until all the costs of samples and registration are rebated in full.

The most cost effective means of importing Eve Products is in bulk 200 litre or 1000 litre containers and then repackaging into retail packs suitable for your intended market. This saves considerably on packaging, labeling and shipping costs whilst also allowing you the freedom to present the products in a manner that will return the best financial results for your business. For those distributors without facilities available to repackage product we can package in retail sized containers.

All the varieties we previously carried are still available on request, minimum order quantities apply, and of course special orders can still be entertained. A production fee of AUD 100.00 is charged per product on requests for samples of items not previously carried with the fee being in addition to postal charges.

To make our products even more competitive we have reduced the varieties we carry in stock of each product to one sensitive skin variety and one fragranced variety. This has allowed us to avoid a price rise due to the costs of carrying slower moving lines.

There are no free products on offer at Eve (products given away for free have to be paid for by those placing orders for product)

At Eve no salesman will call you and when you email Eve your email is answered by the owner of the business

Eve has a policy of keeping overheads to a minimum and therefore being able to keep prices to our Distributors to a minimum

The factory where Eve products are manufactured are swabbed and tested weekly and the tests include, water analysis to ensure that the purified water used is actually pure and without contaminants. Also tested are all floors and workbenches whilst manufacturing equipment is swabbed and analyzed for traces of bacteria. The factory work areas are zoned and access to the production zones is restricted to essential personnel only. The factory also employs an in house bio-chemist whose duties include responsibility for the cleanliness and purity of all work areas in the factory

Each batch of product produced for Eve is rigorously tested for its shelf life with the batch sample being exposed to a constant high temperature for several weeks to ensure the shelf life exceeds 2 years
